4x3 Shot clock area

What do I have to do to fit the Shot clock to my recently purchases 800x600 monitors. It looks like I cannot change the 24sec shot clock design to fit the monitors. Also, the game timer on the shot clock panel might look better if it's colored yellow, just like the one on the main board.
